Cooking Tip
Use any other white beans in place of cannellini. Serve with chips, vegetables, or crackers and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Heat your oil of choice in a pan over medium heat.
Add diced onion, salt, pepper, and cumin, and sauté 4-5 minutes or until onion starts to soften.
Remove from heat and add to a high-speed blender or food processor with the beans, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic cloves.
Blend for about 4 minutes or until you reach your desired consistency.
