Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, seedless, shredded
  • 1.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. dill
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Shred the cucumber. If very watery, drain through a strainer.
  2. Add minced garlic, dill, yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Mix.
  3. Serve with grilled meats, veggies, or pita.
