Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • handful of chocolate chips or other topping

Directions

  1. Lightly grease a microwave safe dish with oil or cooking spray. You could also line it with parchment paper.
  2. In the dish, combine oats, milk, maple syrup, and peanut butter.
  3. Add baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in topping of choice.
  5. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
