Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. Add balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to a mason jar.
  2. Put lid on jar and shake vigorously until ingredients are well combined, about 15 seconds.
  3. Add the olive oil and shake again until well emulsified.
  4. Store in refrigerator and shake well before using.
