Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked grain of your choosing (rice, quinoa, farrow etc.)
  • 2 cups vegetables of your choosing, fresh, cooked, or canned (corn, peas, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini etc.)
  • 2 cups cooked protein of your choosing (chicken, beef, pork, seafood, tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, eggs etc.)
  • 1/4 topping of your choosing (fried onions, cheese, fresh herbs, lettuce, tortilla chips, pickled vegetables, kimchi etc.)
  • 1/2 cup sauce or dressing of your choice (vinaigrette, creamy dressing, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, bbq sauce, mayo, hot sauce etc.)

Directions

  1.  Add 1/2 cup grains, veggies and protein to each bowl
  2. Add 2 tbsp. toppings to each bowl.
  3. Drizzle 2 tbsp. sauce/dressing to each bowl.
  4. Make it your own!
