In this hands-on cooking class, the Kitchen's own Jandyl and Melissa will lead us through a few delicious pie recipes that are quick (and easy!) to prepare or even freeze before-hand to save time. What should the perfectly cooked apple pie taste like? Flaky, tender pie crust, filled with apples or other tasty fillings that are just the right amount of done, not too crunchy, not too soft, not too sweet and not overly spiced. Our guest instructors will demystify the art of making Handpies Pies!
