Many people say that breakfast is their favorite meal, yet few people actually take the time to prepare it. Breakfast is more than just bacon and eggs; it can incorporate gourmet ingredients and elegant presentations. The best part is; breakfast ingredients are affordable! With a few pointers and simple recipes, you can create lavish, delicious breakfasts in your own home.

In this demonstration style class, students will learn techniques for creating an elegant, creative and delicious brunch menu. Participants will learn how to make Gourmet French Toast, Baked Egg Etrata, Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, and more. Participants will sample various recipes throughout the course of the class; it's breakfast for dinner!  Champagne Bellinis will be provided as well!

Participants will leave the class with the skills necessary to create beautiful, elegant and impressive breakfast recipes that will wow family and friends. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a recipe packet.
