Bequests

You can add a simple clause to your will or codicil that directs your executors to provide for Second Harvest Inland Northwest. Bequests may be:

• Specific – granting a dollar amount or identified asset

• Percentage – giving a fraction of your entire estate or identified asset

• Residuary – using all or a percentage of the remainder after other specific gifts have been made

• Contingent – only applicable if other named beneficiaries have pre-deceased you or have disclaimed your bequest
